When Jeffrey Franken's fiancée (Patty Mullen) is chopped to pieces by the blades of a remote-controlled lawnmower, he uses his dubious medical knowledge to try to bring her back to life. Using his home-made explosive "Super Crack" to entice beautiful New York City prostitutes, Jeffrey resurrects his beloved Elizabeth using their assorted body parts.
