Several cruelly prepared bodies are found in the sleepy small town of Tarker Mills without any references to the murderer. While the police are in the dark, Marty, who is wheelchair bound, begins to develop his own theory: since the murders were committed under a full moon, the eleven-year-old suspects a physical werewolf behind the events.
